The LEIBINGER JET3 offers intuitive and comfortable operation based on Windows CE Technologie® using a 10,4" colour TFT touch screen display. Large keys and menu navigation in different languages as well as endless numbers of special functions like graphic and font editor make the handling extremely easy. The newly developed refill system guarantees clean and splash-free and smell-free refilling process.

Marking and coding with pigmented inks is part of high-end applications in product marking. LEIBINGER inkjet is one the few manufacturers of industrial inkjet printers who are specialised in printing with pigmented inks.

JET3pi is the specialist in handling pigmented contrast inks. The LEIBINGER hydraulics design the and automatic nozzle seal are developed especially for the work with pigmeted inks and guarantee highest reliability.

This inkjet printer suits all applications where a strong contrast between print and surface has to be guaranteed. Due to the low-maintenance hydraulic design of the LEIBINGER JET3, costly external compressed air and maintenance-intensive gear pumps are not needed to create the ink pressure. As a consequence of this, ink cannot be contaminated by compressed air (water, oil, rust) and it cannot be influenced by the heat (thermal dissipation loss) of the gear pumps. The ink tanks of the LEIBINGER JET3pi were redesigned in a new shape allowing a better efficieny of the stirring device. The LEIBINGER JET3pi offers highest reliability and easy operation like inkjet printers with not pigmented inks do.

The full automatic nozzle seal is standard on every LEIBINGER inkjet printer. This prevents drying in the ink supply, nozzle, gutter tube and return line.
