The LEIBINGER CARDSONIC is a versatile advanced card personalizing system for all products like telephone cards, smart cards, gift cards in the format CR 80 or hangtag. The system components include a friction feeder, wide belt vacuum transport and shingle conveyor, high-resolution drop-on-demand printer, robust encoding and the latest advances in camera verification.
The modular design allows you to ramp up your capabilities as your budget permits and your applications grow. CARDSONIC will enhance your card processing versatility and throughput.
The encoding section is able to encode and read back information in 3 tracks. With the InkJet printing section you can add any information for further personalize your product (e. g. pin-number, serial number, corresponding addresses). Finally the high-speed labeller allows to specifically apply components like scratch off labels to cover pin numbers.
High performance camera inspection is available to check and verify every step of your process. Your product can be inspected in terms of print quality, sequence, position and completeness. Defects or errors are detected and tracked with a error management system. Error signal are available to trigger certain events or give an alarm. In case of errors the information stored can be used to re-produce defective products.
The pre-read function provides the possibility to read pre-printed information after the feeder, match this with another database and apply corresponding information to the product.
