The LEIBINGER DotJet is the modular Ink-Jet-printer for the graphic industry.

The printer is based on the Drop-on-Demand-technology and has a very compact and modular construction which is opti- mumly qualified for large printing widths with high resolution. The LEIBINGER DotJet offers the possibility of Inline-print for a variety of existing printing and finishing machines.

It is qualified for printing on existing print products for partial personalization, numbering, Barcode as well as addresses. The application area reaches from classical forms printing to labels- and long grain print, vouchers, security documents, lottery tickets to plastic cards and directmailings.

Start up:
The Ink-Jet printer is ready to print within a couple of minutes. The change of printjobs can also happen within seconds.

Electronic Stitching:
Modular concept with electronic stitching to increase the print width of the LEIBINGER DotJet 300 in steps of 61 mm, that means the arrangement of several print heads in parallel to create and print large graphics and complex layouts easily.

Ink:
LEIBINGER offers the suitable inks on different materials for your application. The inks meet highest quality requirements and offers excellent type qualities during the print process besides reliability and process safety and are especially developed for the use in LEIBINGER Ink-Jetprinters.

The wide range includes besides:

UV-cureable inks which can be used multi-purpose on most different printing materials e.g. coated and uncoated paper, foils and plastic cards
UV-color inks in the primary colors Yellow, Magenta, Cyan and Black
customized spot-colour-inks on request
UV-fluorescent inks (only visible under UV-light)
Solvent-inks

Operator surface:
Clear operation by full graphic display of the Ink-Jet system. Easy operator guide, clear and can be operated intuitively by Windows. The layout is WYSIWYG and can be created with all heads. Software to print fix and variable data, mailings-numbering, logos, Barcode (C39, C128, 2/5 interleaved, Datamatrix, and so on) as well as graphics. Existing software-features as data bankaddressing, Read & Print, Ethernet-interface (TCP/IP), Reordering, remote assistance software, security module for data encryption, decryption, access control etc. are available.
