The LEIBINGER LABELCODE System LLC is a flexible reel-to-reel system dedicated to personalization and verification of labels and forms. Pre-printed paper reels can be supplemented by additional data printed by means of mono-coloured or multi-coloured inkjet technology. Further steps like punching or cutting make the final product.
The system includes rewind and unwind unit, die cutting unit, splice unit, high-resolution inkjet printing system and camera inspection. For special applications a second rewind und punching unit can be added. So the system is applicable for blank labels, cutting tambour reel into smaller reels with specific contents to be personalised and verified.
The Read & Print function allows to match pre-printed data with corresponding data out of a database that can be applied by the inkjet printer.
