The LEIBINGER Mailing-System LMS is a flexible system for a lot of applications. A friction feeder separates the basic carrier to which further items (cards, coins, samples etc.) can be attached (pick + place, glue station). Finally a high-quality, specific personalisation (e. g. corresponding address) can be applied and verified for accuracy, completeness and print quality.
The system consists of feeder, alignment unit (optional), vacuum conveyor, hot glue unit and application unit. Integration to a complete system is based on customer requirements. The function Read & Print allows matching of pre-printed data and an additional database.
