Plug and Play solution

Designed as a plug-and-play solution the verification system will be connected and installed to the Leibinger JET3 on a simple level. During the production the control and monitoring of the JETvisio is made directly on the well known touch screen of the JET3. The fully automatic visual monitoring system JETvisio guarantees highest reliability of product marking and prevents the production of defective goods.

This system is optimized for the special characteristics of inkjet fonts. With versatile functions JETvisio supports numerous applications.

From meter marking in the cable industry or Data-Matrix codes in the pharma line up to best before dates and logos in the packaging area. All information can be read from the camera system, decoded and compared to the original information.

Error detection during the product marking process

A direct communication is guaranteed by the Leibinger Software which is perfectly coordinated between camera and inkjet printer. New jobs can be easily generated with the integrated installation wizard. Several automatic functions like teaching or the Windows based handling make the job creation fast and easy. With the direct communication between JET3 and JETvisio camera error pictures can be shown during the production directly on the JET3 display. The results of all read print information will be saved in a log file and can be easily exported onto a USB Stick.

The system will be presented for the first time at the trade fair Wire in Duesseldorf from April 12th until 16 th 2010 in hall 9, booth F55.
